Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. As a teenager, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16, after she quit the sport of gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. She became the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. In 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting up new goals. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her list. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the show, she came in third. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very proud of the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train includes her lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with a machine, along with bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. Converting all the back exercises into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
